Dull yellow on appearance. On the nose this wine is a real aromatic bomb. It has a distinct aroma of sweet rose, coupled with light notes of pineapple. Judging on the smell, one would expect significant sugar residual, however the taste is unexpectedly clean and easy to sip. It exhibits a good balance between acidity and the perception of sweetness. Food pairing is best with spicier poultry and pork, and richer seafood dishes. This Traminec will preserve ageing for up to 5-8 years.
