Dull yellow-orange tone announces a wine, which had seen a prolonged contact with the skins. Nose is fresh, with a hint of vanilla and wooden notes. When tasted, wine first acts fresh and remarkably easy to drink. This is due to well-balanced acidity. Taste resembles vanilla, citrus flavours and fine wooden notes. Aftertaste sees the arrival of full bodied structure, which pertains to the character of Chardonnay. Good balance between freshness and body makes it a perfect match for food pairing, for example e eat it with sred scorpionfish from the oven with roasted potato and vegetables. Ageing potential at least 10 years.
