Mario Extrême
Wine to sublime! Almost dark, amber-like colour manifests long-lasting maceration of this sparkling blend. On the nose, it exhibits notes of herbs and overripe fruits. Aromas unexpected for a bubbly. Taste brings crispiness, along will spices and rich fruits. End is very straightforward but rounded. This bubbly is a perfect surprise for your enthusiastic, “know-it-all” wine friends. Food pairing can be utmost rewarding, especially combinations with delicate and slightly spicier dishes, such as “fish brodet”. Ageing potential says at least 15 years.
