Mario brut

Pale yellow colour signals for a crisp and fresh sparkling wine. On the scent it exhibits citric notes as well as traces of yeastiness. Flavour of this bubbly is crisp and fresh, with enough body to carry light dishes such as seafood or entrees. Sugar and acidity act in harmony, which rounds up into a well-balanced palette of flavours. Ageing potential of 5 years.

Soil: Marl, slate and sandstone.

Harvest: Hand-picked, end of August.

Vinification: Immediate pressing, followed by spontaneous fermentation, secondary fermentation in the bottle.

Maturation: 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
