This is our variant of world renowned Port wine. On the nose it is fresh and fruity, with the dominating scent of berries. It is still young and very fruity on the taste, however it delivers even more serious aromas. Ageing period of 5 years in the oak barrels has rounded the taste and added a touch of fine wooden notes. Desert wine for chocolate and cigar! It can be left forgotten for a decade.

Vineyards: 14 years, 320 metres above sea level, S exposure.
Soil: Marl, slate and sandstone.
Harvest: Hand-picked, first half of September.
Vinification: Maceration and spontaneous fermentation without yeasts added. Addition of grape brandy was used to halt the fermentation.
Maturation: 60 months in old 225 L barrels.
Sugar level: Sweet, g of residual sugar.
Alcohol content: 21.5 % vol
Bottles: 0.5 L
