Mario Rosé
The sparkling wine is extremely fresh. The bubbles are tiny, active. Pronounced medium bouquet is mainly reminiscent of flowers, strawberries, peeled apples. Very dry sparkling wine, the taste of peeled apples and delicate acids predominates in the mouth, followed by a long aftertaste.

Region: Bizeljsko, Lower Styria, Slovenia.
Location of vineyards: 16-25 years, 350 meters above sea level, SW orientation.
Soil: Schist, clay and sandstone.
Harvest: Hand-picked, end August.
Vinification: Directly pressed grapes. Spontaneous fermentation without the addition of yeast. Maturation in big oak and mixing (battonage) on fine lees. No filtration.
SO2 addition: 15mg/L
Residual sugar: extremely dry, brut nature
Alcohol: 12.5 % vol
Bottle: 0.75 L
