Pinot gris
Hues of pale red color as a result of maceration. The nose has an elegant aroma of red fruit with a slight reduction. The taste is rounded, intense, reminds of herbal and fruity notes. The wine has enough body to combine with stronger dishes such as marinated poultry and creamy asparagus dishes.

Region: Bizeljsko, Lower Styria, Slovenia.
Location of vineyards: 16-25 years, 350 meters above sea level, S and E orientation.
Soil: Schist, clay and sandstone.
Harvest: Hand-picked, mid-September, 20% botrytis on grapes.
Vinification: 6 days of maceration, with spontaneous fermentation. No added yeast, no filtration. Aging: 12 months in used 500L barrels.
SO2 addition: 10mg/L
Residual sugar: dry
Alcohol: 13.0 % vol
Bottle: 0.75 L
