The wine needs a lot of air so decanting or Bordeaux type glass is recommended.

Region: Bizeljsko, Lower Styria, Slovenia.
Location of vineyards: 16-25 years, 350 meters above sea level, SW orientation.
Soil: Schist, clay and sandstone.
Harvest: Hand-picked, end September.
Vinification: 14 days of maceration, with spontaneous fermentation. No added yeast, no filtration. Aging: 36 months in used cherry and oak 500L barrels.
SO2 addition: 15mg/L
Residual sugar: dry
Alcohol: 13.50 % vol
Bottle: 0.75 L
Serving temperature: 12-16 °C
